Total Life Changes (TLC) is committed to providing our customers with exceptional products, which is why we offer our customers a 30-Day Product Guarantee! If for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with any product, you may request a refund within 30 days from the state of delivery. Any product or marketing materials returned, following our Return Procedure, within this time frame shall receive a full refund, minus shipping and handling costs.

Shipping methods vary depending on location;
The types of methods offered:
- Standard shipping (5-7 business days)
- UPS Ground (3-5 business days)
- UPS 2nd Day Air (No Weekend)
- UPS Next Day Air (No Weekend)
Any order placed after 4 p.m. EST will ship the next business day.

-If you wish to receive your package with a required signature, contact us at 810-471-3812. An additional $ 5 fee will be added to your order.
Total Life Changes uses USPS & UPS shipping services in the USA and Landmark Global for Europe & Canada shipments. The most efficient service to your local area will deliver your order.
Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive tracking information via email to confirm the details of your shipment.
The fulfillment of your order begins as soon as your payment is accepted. Typically orders cannot be stopped after they have been processed.

Please keep in mind:
- Returns must be shipped to us within 30 days of the date you received your order.
- Do not combine orders for returns; only one order per package.
- Be sure to keep your return tracking number for your records.
- Total Life Changes will process your refund within 1 week of receiving your return.
- Total Life Changes does not refund any shipping charges.
