Can you drink coffee while taking Isagenix?
You can have Isagenix Coffee, green tea, herbal tea, Isagenix Fruits and Greens, up to 2 e+Shots and up to 4 IsaDelights on cleanse days. While you’re drinking everything else, make sure that you drink at least 80 oz of water throughout the day.
Is Isagenix high in cholesterol?

What is Isagenix AutoShip and how does it work?
AutoShip is a free service that automatically ships your products to you every 30 days. You can easily change the products on your AutoShip to customize your needs. For shipping time and date, go to the “My Orders” section of your Back Office or contact Customer Care at 1-877-877-8111.
Are any discounts or coupons available?
By subscribing as a member, you get member rates which are discounted rates from retail pricing. There are also occasional promos that you can take to get discounted prices on Isagenix products. Make sure that you regularly visit the website, subscribe to the monthly newsletter or follow Isagenix’ social media pages for the latest promos.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
If you are not satisfied with an Isagenix product, you may be eligible to return the product for a refund. Isagenix provides a Satisfaction Guarantee extended to customers when they purchase products directly from Isagenix. Refunds are issued for the full amount paid at the time of purchase less shipping.
Does Isagenix deliver to my country?
Isagenix products are available through its independent distributors in 14 countries: The United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, Mexico, The United Kingdom, Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain and South Korea.
What are the available shipping methods?
Unless it’s specified on your order, the standard shipping method is ground shipping. It can take up to five (5) business days on average for your products to arrive in the United States, and up to seven (7) business days in Canada.
How can I track my order?
Simply click the “Account” button on the lower right of your screen. Select “Order History,” and tap the order number you wish to track. Orders placed longer than six months can be tracked on your Back Office account.
What is Isagenix return and refund policy?
You may send an email request for return and refund to Returns@IsagenixCorp.com, or call (877)877-8111 to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please have your Isagenix Member ID or invoice number ready before contacting us.
